Our 12-yard skip, also known as ‘Maxi Skips’, is our largest standard skip we offer. Holding between 110-120 bin bags of waste, these skips are particularly suited for commercial renovations and extensive building clearances, where a substantial amount of waste is generated. Please note that these skips are not suitable for heavy, solid materials like concrete or soil, and cannot be hired for the disposal of these.

How much can I put in the skip?
You may fill up the skip with waste up to the height of the sides; anything beyond this is considered overfill. If overfill occurs, it will not be safe for us to transport, and additional charges may apply.
How long can I have the skip for
You may keep our skips for up to 3 weeks. If you anticipate needing the skip for a longer period, please inform us at the time of booking. Regardless of the duration for which the skip is rented, the pricing remains consistent.
What main factors should I consider prior to my Skip Hire?
You must ensure that there is enough accessible space for the skip to be dropped off and collected, along with making sure there are no parked cars on your road that may obstruct our lorries. If you share your driveway with a neighbour then we recommend checking in with them before booking your skip, to avoid any potential tension for you or our team.
